I have completed my internship but my permanent registration is still pending. Would I be able to register with my provisional registration certificate or permanent registration is cumpolsory for those finished with their internship?

If you check the eligibility criteria for NEET PG then you will find that the provisional registration is acceptable for people completing the internship.
