I have completed my M.tech in 2019 after doing B,tech. Both degrees were done seperatley not under any integrated program. So, what should I fill in my qualification degree in GATE Application form?

Hi,
As per your query, since you have completed your bachelors degree first and then completed your master's degree program in engineering that is M.Tech and not via any integrated program, so while filling the form you have to write your highest qualification as M.Tech in GATE application form.

Thank You.But there are two options-
1.Int ME/Mtech (post B.Sc)
2. Int M.E/M.Tech/DualDegree(after 10+2 or diploma)
I should fill which one from these two?
Or should I fill Others?

But my graduation degree was B.tech not B.Sc. First option will be right?

I am extremely sorry dear. I totally missed that part. From the options which you have given, choose the option others as the other 2 does not fit your criteria.
