NDA basically has three wings (army,navy, air force) and Indian Naval Academy.

If you want to join Indian Navy, during application process, you need to give your preference as 1. Navy 2. Indian Naval Academy.

You can choose to interchange also. But do remember, give preferences for Army and IAF also.

Except this, there is nothing special that you need to do. Make sure you know to swim, although not mandatory, it helps.

In the initial phase, you have to clear the Written Exam. It consists of 2 papers- Maths and General Knowledge.

If you clear this, you will be called for Services Selection Board. Its a five day interview process. After SSB, you will have medicals. For Airforce, CPSS is additional.

Then you will get the merit list.

Alternatively, there is Technical Entry into Indian Navy. The SSB call letter is offered based on your JEE Main Score.
