    Following are the steps for counselling and seat allotment of JEE Main2018

    Step 1- Online Registration

    Step 2-Online choice filling and locking

    Step 3-Seat allotment

    Step 4-Payment of Fee and Seat acceptance

    Step 5-Verification of documents

    Step 6-Final reporting and the allotted centre

    At the time of online registration you just have to fill your personal details, 10th & 12th marks, mhtcet, jee etc marks and upload your required documents. After this you have to fill your college choices with branch and submit it. According to your marks and your choice list of colleges a seat will be alloted to you. After that it will be your decision that you have to go with their alloted seat for that you have given freeze option or you are expecting different branch in the same college alloted you have to slide or you are expecting different college better than that then float option is given along that you have to pay seat acceptance fees. your verification of documents will be done and finally you all the rounds you have to report at the alloted centre .Hope this will help you now.Good luck!

    U have to login through your roll no and password but i m not sure about the link.I think it has to be the same where you have registered for jee mains exam.
