i have dc pandey phy and i have no problem in buying hc verma . but can i know that dc is good enough or not for if i do it full fledgedly
HC Verma is not something a must for medicals. The type of sums present in it are higly conceptual and long and requires high clarity of both concept. This sums are good for engineering but can be really challenging for medical. To note HC Verma is a book for Engineering.
DC Pandey for Medical have two types of sets: Type 1- Quite Easy
Type 2- A bit hard but according to recent patterns of AIIMS and NEET and i believe is fairly more than enough. For more challenging questions you can solve JEE Main last year questions.
Pandey is simple, contains tricks, and best for medic aspirants.
Hello,
The course structure is elaborate in the Dc itself , it will help you out
But if you feel that is not enough, you can always refer hc
ALl the best
I hope this helps
Hello Noreen,
I'm glad you posed this question. My opinion is reading any book, full fledgedly and making your concepts better is the best thing. Both the books are good. Complete your dc Pandey. And I would suggest you to borrow HC Verma from any of your friends once a month and just solve the questions. This would be something perfect.
Wish you good luck.
