I have disabilty of 40% and already made a PWD certificate. JEE mains says 75% min for allotment in IITS AND NIT.But I have only 74% in 12th

As per the government rules, you are not eligible to take admission into IITS /nits but with that test you can take part in some other private engineering colleges. please refer the JEE main original website for instructions.

The 75% score in 12 class will be the eligibility requirement to apply to IITs, NITs, IIITs and GFTIs and not for appearing in JEE Main. Therefore, if your score is below 75%, you can take the JEE Main but cannot apply to the NITs, etc. However, you can apply to others that have different criteria. as per rule of jee main, even though you are disabilty of 40%. then you will get special criteria.
