I HAVE DOMICILE CERTIFICATE OF MAHARASHTRA, BUT DUE TO MY FATHER IS CENTRAL GOVERNMENT SERVANT, I COMPLETED MY EDUCATION TILL XII CLASS IN HARYANA BY CBSE BOARD CAN I GET 85% QUOTA IN MAHARASHTRA, MY FATHER IS TEACHER IN NAVODAYA UNDER HRD AND THEY TRANSFERED BY TRANSFER POLICY FROM MAHARASHTRA

Hello dear student,

if you have a domicile certificate from state Maharashtra and you also want to get benefit of the state quota from Maharashtra then don't worry you will get the benefit of 85% state quota in Maharashtra as you are having a domicile certificate from the Maharashtra. While eligibility criteria for the domicile certificate in Haryana says -The applicant or the parent/guardian of the applicant should have permanently resided in the state /district of the state for a period of fifteen years. Also procuring domicile certificate from more than one state or union territory is an offence.
