Hi Anshika,

Jharkhand domicile certificate does not expire in 6 months or 1 year. It is generally valid for life unless cancelled. Since you were born in Jharkhand and completed 10th and 12th there, you may please apply for a Jharkhand domicile through the official JharSewa portal, but you cannot hold two domicile certificates at the same time.
