You can definitely apply for Bank PO jobs. The minimum required eligibility criteria to apply for Bank PO is Graduation. You must hold a graduation degree in any discipline irrespective of the marks you scores in the exam. However, you must be  between 20 to 30 years of age in order to be eligible to appear in the any Bank PO exam.

According to the eligibility criteria of the IBPS PO exam, you should be of a minimum of 20 yrs of age and you should have a bachelor's degree in any subject, the percentage doesn't matter. So yes you are eligible
