Hi,
Yes. You can definitely give an improvement exam as per the circulars of Himachal pradesh university. However, you must remember that it can be given of only one year and not of all the years. In case you get higher marks then the new marks will be given in the marksheet but in case you get lower marks than the previous year, the previous year's marks will be retained.

one year consist of two semester can i give both semester's exam....how much fees has to pay for exams
