i have done bsc computer science 3 years graduation can i give cat exam for b-school,and it is good future for me or not

Of course you can attempt CAT exam for admissions in top Business schools of the country.
You have done graduation (B Sc) and hence you are eligible to attempt CAT.
And doing MBA from any good Business school would definitely add much values to your career. It would give you more and better opportunities as compared to BSc Computer Science.
CAT is a national level entrance test for admissions to post graduation programmes in Management and anyone who has completed his/her graduation or is in the final year of their graduation can write CAT.
