i have done Btech. i have a working experience of 7 years. i want to pursue psycology. what are my options?
A BTech degree and work experience do not prevent you from moving into psychology, but the available pathways depend on your career goal.
If you want to study psychology academically, you can look for universities offering psychology programmes that accept graduates from other disciplines. Another option is a certificate or diploma programme if you first want to understand the subject before committing to a full degree.
If your goal is to become a professional clinical psychologist, the requirements are more specific. You should choose a programme recognised under the applicable regulatory framework and check the current eligibility requirements before enrolling.
Since you already have seven years of work experience, you can also consider areas such as organisational psychology, human resources, counselling-related fields, behavioural research or consumer psychology, depending on your interests.
