I have done graduation with zoology as a honours and waiting for the result and thinking that what i will do next as my 12th mark is 40%.

As you are telling that you have done graduation then you don't really have to worry about class 12 result because any masters program or any other further course will look at your graduation result but you should continue in this field only going in a different field wont be a very nice suggestion.
