I have done my 9th and 10th from UP and 11th and 12th from telangana. Am i eligible for 85%kotta of UP

If a person has a domicile of a given state, they are eligible for the domicile quota for that respective state. So, as you kentuoned above that you have domicile of UP, hence, you are eligible for the 85% domicile quota for UP.

Can ypu help us if ypu oly did your 9th and 10th from UP or entire schooling in UP and tjen shifted to Telangana for 11th and 12th please? If that is the case and you are a native of UP, you are eligible for the State Quota of UP. But if you are not a native of either Telangana or UP, you cant claim State quota of either of the States because both UP and Telangana do not have Institutional Quota. In such case you have to appear for the State Counselling of the State you are a native of.

For 85% home state quota one should have completed 10 and 12 or appearing for 12 from that state only. And he must have a valid domicile certificate. Since you did 10 from UP and 12 from telengana, so you will not be eligible for state quota for UP, but you will get through all india quota of 15%.
