Incase the transaction has failed and the amount has not been debited from your account, it could be due to slow internet or some incorrect detail enteredor any authentication error. Simply pay the fees again and carry on with the prcess.
Now incase the amount has been debited from your account but the status of payment is not changing, then first of all you need to check with your bank whether they payment is being completed or not. If it is not completed, you simply make the payment again and the previous payment will be refunded to your account within 30 days.
If the refund is not recieved even after 30 days, then you will have to send an email to JIPMER institute as per following instructions

So, do not worry, make the payment again and complete your registration. The previous amount wil be refunded.

Hello,
Sometimes the bank server is own and the payment is not accepted even when you submit the OTP.
In such cases your money will revert don't wory in 5-7 working days or might be when you check later it shows that the payment has been done
In case, even later it shows no payment and money is deduted you may call bank for assistance and if the bank says payment is accepted then call the examination authority
