I have done the same mistake, My DOB is unfortunately wrong, and in application form there is no option to correct it and tomorrow is the last date to edit application form I sent message to helpdesk ID but they didn't rely till now, Please suggest me what should I do...

Hello student I request you to please help me with the entrance examination you're concerned about so that I can check and provide you the exact information. If correction window does not allow to edit and correct your date of birth then you can't correct it either you need to fill a complete new application form or you need to contact the help desk with the same issue and request them to correct it.
