I have doneM.A. (distance)in 2018-20 session and B.ed in 2020-22 session. If the WBSSC exam held in the last quarter of 2021,then can I apply?

As per the last official notification which came out, it was clearly written that candidates who have completed their BEd from a recognized university are eligible to apply, it was mentioned those who haven't yet completed BEd can apply, they will get admit card but they cannot proceed further, so it doesn't make sense to appear for exam if I can get admit card, appear for exam and cannot proceed ahead, that's a wastage of time, application fees and efforts as well, wait out for the next official notification to come out, read it thoroughly then only proceed further. If your course gets completed, great if not the prescriptions stay the same then don't apply, that's what I'll recommend.
