I have dyslexia(SLD) and I have PWD certificate from Ram Manohar Lohia,New Delhi in 2019. Did it was valid in JEE mains and JEE advanced in jossa counselling because its format is different from what is given on site. Please I am waiting for answer.

Since you are having a a pwd certificate issued by the doctors of Ram manohar Lohia Hospital . That might be valid anywhere across the world. Moreover you need to have filled dyslexia form 1 and 2 and certificate must mention severe for the person to fall under pwd Category as per the guidelines.
Same goes for JEE Advanced and one must have atleast 40 percent impairment to get benefits.
