I have entered passport number wrongly and i didnt uploaded the passport and eligibility their ill b any chance again to upload again

If you have paid the application fee and submitted the application form, there is no way you can edit the application form. So, you will not be upload the passport or edit the wrongly entered details.

But if NBE decides to open a application correction facility (which it usually doesn't), maybe then you can make the corrections.
