I have essential repeater 12th cbse of 2025 and i have fill form for privete candidate and now i know that we can attempt only theory i have clear my all practical and in my marksheet there is essential repeater if after fill the for i not want to give practixal exam what should i do
If you already filled the private candidate form for the CBSE 2025 board exams and you have “Essential Repeater” written on your marksheet, here’s what happens and what you can do.
Since you have already cleared your practical exams, you only need to appear for the theory exams. CBSE allows this, and you don’t need to give the practicals again if your marks are already carried forward.
If you filled the form and mistakenly selected practical subjects again, don’t worry. When your admit card is released, check whether practical exams are mentioned. If they are, you can contact your CBSE regional office or school where you appeared earlier and inform them that your practical marks are already passed, so you should be exempted from practical re-examination.
