If we go through the analysis of marks Vs Percentile Vs rank for JEE-Main 2021 then according to the marks mentioned by you in the question your percentile and rank are expected to be in the range of 96.5-96.9 and around 35000-45000 respectively.

Based on such rank if you belongs to General category then you have very few chances to get CSE but that too in any GFTI not in any of the NITs but you can get some NITs with some other branches like :

• National Institute of Technology Durgapur - Bio Technology
• National Institute of Technology Hamirpur - Materials Science and Engineering
