I have failed all engineering exams. Which college should I join (without entrance) for CSE. my position:- I got only 30 percentile in jee mains

Hope you are doing great as per the question asked by you, you may try in some good private institutes which have good placement and do not loose hope as any entrance don't defines your capabilities. some of which colleges are in which you may try:

5. G.L BAJAJ

6. MANIPAL

7. AMRITA

8. SHARDA

etc are some of the good colleges with good placement in which you may try.
