I have failed in 12th cbse board 2019 and again give all 5 subject in 2020,does the new pattern and syllabus will be eligible orthe old one?

If you have failed then you have no other option but to give the exams next year and I must inform you that you will considered like a normal student and have to go through the new syllabus of all subjects (if there are) as other students of the coming batch. As per CBSE the old syllabus of any subject is not valid once changed by the CBSE.
