I have fill UTTAR PRADESH SCHOLARSHIP form but I haven't submitted the final print out of form in college ..so my scholarship will come ?

Well, if you have submitted to the official online so you will definitely get scholarship, well it may happen , it is mandatory to submit and may they have set a deadline after that they will not accept then I can't say it will depend on your college will they accept now or not ,so you must visit your college office.
