I have filled 1 to 20 choices for ROUND 3, got 15th choice. Now in ROUND 4, Wheather I will get only colleges from 1 to 14 or not? UPSEE

It totally depends on college cutoffs and the rank you got in UPSEE. If in case the seats of the 1 to 14 choiced colleges are not filled or it is still vacant then you can get a chance to convert one of the 14 options. If the cutoff of round 4 didn't change then you may get the same college that you have got in Round 3 or the worst case you will get other college option. So, it depends on the marks and ranks you got in UPSEE.

The Allotment algorithms work in such a way that you are always alloted a seat of high preference as set by you if it is available for you. They try to improve the allotment so if more than one college from 1-14 as you mentioned is available for you in the next round then the one with higher preference will be alloted to you. Allotment may remain same incase cutoff doesn't get to your rank.
