I have filled Government in which JEE Mains asked for type of institution in form but my 12th board is private recognised by govt.

You should have to correct it on the date jee allows to correct it.According to information,you can correct it from the official site jee main.nic.in from March 11 to March 15.For more important dates of jee main, go to
