    Hello dear

    You need to wait for some time. Sometimes it may happen, there may be various reasons for that, technical glitch may be one. Still, if nothing happens after waiting, you should contact the authorities at the earliest. Write an email to them regarding the same, or else call them. I am sure they will help you with this.
