I have filled option but I forgot to lock it for 1st round though I registered and not payed will I have a chance to participate in 2nd round .. and paying 35000 at the 2nd round it's urgency pls answer...

Dear student,
First of all you must mention the counseling name. Now assuming that you are talking about josaa counselling then the deadline for locking of choice was still 15th October 2020.
Now if you forgot to lock the choices in josaa counselling then automatically after the deadline, your choices will be locked and you cannit change them now.
If you got alloted any seat in josaa counselling, then only you have to pay the seat acceptance fee of rupees 35000 (if you're from general category) otherwise, you don't have to give any participation fees or any kind or type of other fees for josaa all rounds counselling or during registration for josaa counseling.
Now, as you have registered for josaa counseling, then wait for all rounds for organise. The first josaa main seat allocation will take place on 17th October 2020 and second main seat allocation will held on 21st October 2020. So, for 2nd round counseling you hage to wait till 21st Oct 2020.
So if you have registered for josaa counseling, then you are eligible to participate in josaa all round counselling without giving any type of fees.
