I have filled the mtech dte Maharashtra form and I come under non creamylayer category but I have just applied for the certificate.

Hi there.
The receipt would not be accepted. But you have time until the documents verification. Once your documents verification is done , you won't be able to make amends. If not , then you can add your certificate , in the ARC centre .
