I have filled wrong DOB in jee main and correction date is passed and i am confused that can i appear in jee main paper

Hello,
Unfortunately you cant do anything now as admit cards have already been issued and you wont be able to allowed in exam because when authorities will check you will not be allowed to appear for exam.You can do correction in JEE April session correction window.Or just simply do a fresh registration for next session of jee.
