Do not worry.You will be notified by NTA through your registered mail id for any changes if there are any discrepancies found in your application.You can upload the correct document when the correction window is open which is from 15th January, 2020 to 31st January, 2020.Kindly be careful while uploading the documents as you cannot correct them once if you submitted the application.To avoid the rejection of your application kindly follow the guidelines.Here is the link
