Hello,

Please visit the official webpage of the concerned body. get the contact details. write a mail describing your issue and ask for support.

If contact number is available then make a call and ask for guidance. They have an admin who deals with security of the webpage and hold the right to give information or change it.

ask them to send you the credentials through mail.
