Hey dear.,
It's okay if you have forgotten the NEET roll number. You can check your roll number through the NEET admit card. If you don't have the admit card then try downloading from the official website or ask the authority about it.

You haven't mentioned that what exam roll number you Forgot, but here I'm assuming that you have forgotten your NEET Roll number, then you can know your roll number by downloading your NEET admit card, you can download your NEET admit card by visiting the official site of NTA, there go to download NEET admit card section, after clicking on the link, you need to fill the required information such as your Application number, DOB and security pin.
If You have forgotten your application number then Don't worry, and check your Registered email id or Registered mobile number SMSes, as they always send the application number on the time of registration.
So once you enter all these information, your Admit card will be displayed on the screen.
