i have generic computer science & i have got f in theory & a+ in practical & net grade is c so please tell whether i am failing or passing in first semester

Kindly mention the name of the institution where you are studying,so that I can help you better as every institution has different set of regulations for failing or passing a student. However,it is always mandatory to pass in both Theory and Practicals respectively and the only you will be deemed passed.
