i have get less than 45 percentage in pcm in 12th std and 27 percentile in mht cet how i can get admission in engineering college please help

No need to get depressed there are still hopes for you in decent colleges, you can lookout for state counsellings or private colleges where jee/state exam are considered for admission , though you didn't get any college through josaa but there are still colleges where you can apply individually as not all colleges are filled completely.
