i have scored 295 in neet pg 2021 general category.qualifyinh mark for first round is 302. Can I apply for first round counselling for deemed universities? will the safety deposit be carried forward for second round?

Yeah.. but if you get seat in 2nd counselling ,you should have to leave the seat which you have got in first counselling. So don't fill any option for second counselling, you will retain your seat..
