i have got 114 in jee mains in gen category and 70 %in 12th pcm and and i am out of Rajsthan can i get govv engg collenge in REAP?

As far as i know outside state students are not eligible for admission in government colleges but they can definitely get admission in top private colleges of Rajasthan through counselling.
