I have got 123 marks in jee mains 2 sep second shift.i expected 95+ percentile but i got only91 why is that so.can anyone tell me why is that??

Percentile depends upon the overall performance of the candidates in a particular shift of exam. You expected that you would overtake 95% students in a shift. But the result is you only managed to overtake 91% of them.
Percentile is not constant and it changes with each shift of exam. You don't need to worry about percentile because selection will be done as per rank through counseling process.
