Please mention your state for which you are asking. The selection for stage 2 exam depends on the cut-off marks of your state. NTSE cut-off 2019 has been released for Haryana and Odisha state along with result. Other States/UTs will release the cutoff in February/March 2019. You are suggested to stay updated with the following article. as soon as the cut-off for any state is declared, the article is updated immediately.

Board of secondary education will declare the cutoff of NTSE 2019 along with the results.

Last year the cutoff marks were 131 for general catagory.  This year it may vary due to the change in exam pattern.

So it's little difficult to say about it.

In your case, your catagory will play a major role in clearing your cutoff.
