i have got 138 in advanced 2019 which rank can i expect to get

According to the marks that you have mentioned and considering that you are a general category aspirant, your common merit rank will bee around 5000. With this rank yyou will be able to get one of the less preferred branches at an old IIT or a good branch at one of the new IITs.
