I have got 14000 rank in IPU CET and I am from outside Delhi..... Obc category should I have any chances to get any clg among them

According to me , With 14000 rank in ipucet ,and from outside delhi and obc category,you will get following colleges with following branches :

1)CH Brahm prakash government engineering college,delhi(IT,CIVIL)

2)Delhi inst.of tool engineering,delhi(mechatronics)

3)University of information communication and technology,delhi(CSE,IT)

4)GB Pant government engineering college,delhi(cse,ece)

5)University of chemical technology,delhi(chemical engg.)

if you belong to outside Delhi, then your chance is very less.

you can try in any other private college.

there are very tough chance with this rank. there is almost no chance.
