I have got 141 marks in AEEE phase 2 2021,can I get computer science in coimbatore and whats would be its fee?

I would say you have quite a good chance to get into CSE branch with 141 marks as the expected rank for a open category student to get into CSE is 140+ marks. So you are over the edge in that case. Also if you have a state quota it will be even more easier for you became then your chances of getting CSE would be much higher. I would suggest you to keep an eye on the same and wait till the end of the counseling process. Never loose hope.
