I have got 145000 rank in JEE mains 2019 , which college in Delhi will I get, and I have done my schooling from Delhi.

Chances are less of getting seat in NITs, IIITs through JoSAA Counselling. Also, chances seems to be less of admission through JAC Delhi counselling.
You can try through other state counselling.
