The cutoff of Walchand College, Sangli last year according to MHT CET 2018 was :
Computer Science and Engineering:-
Rank=1578
Score=155
The cutoff score trend is expected to be similar this year too.
Even if it changes, you can consider your rank.

Your rank would be around 1900.
The cutoffs usually drop upto the 4th CAP round.
So your chances to get CSE at Walchand are there but you're very close to the cutoff.
