I have got 15577 rank in ipu cet bba can i get a collge or should i drop a year to get a good rank what do you guide

you will not get any top IP college in rank 15577 but you will certainly get admission in ipu in some "not so sort after" colleges.
you can apply to du/dtu for bba as well.
see if you want to drop a year, prepare for DU jat only if you are eligible. there is no point in dropping a year for IPU as its just an average university.
you can get admission in JIMS and few other ipu colleges through management quota so do try for that also.
other options are jamia milia islamia, amity university etc.
