I have got 163 marks and my air is 461822 and I belong to OBC ,cat rank is 196225,I have rural and article 371 qout will I get govt medical

If you have checked the first phase of counseling results of AIQ ,then it is Crystal clear that OBC candidate though having Any kind of quota, their closing rank to any college was around 7,500 AIQ rank only.
Sorry , you won't be getting a seat ,also your marks. Try B category quota for State counseling.
