I have got 184 marks in jee main held on 9 April 2nd shift but my percentile is only 95.34.why???

Your percentile totally depends upon the marks of topper of that day. Your Marks is compared to topper of that day then your percentile is calculated on comparing with the marks that's why your percentile is 95.34.
