To say honestly its a quite difficult to predict your state rank by going through your all india rank. It changes year by year it wholly depends upon no.of students appeared and strategy they kept in. But I can just give an example so that you may understand how they predict if 1lakh people appeared exam neet and 10,000 from your state you got around AIR 3K then your state rank would be 500....so the main factors you need to consider are
1. Total no.of seats in your state
2. Relative performance of candidates from your state. As it is impossible to predict the performance of the other candidates
Soo just go through this and attend counciling so that you could know what you deserve..
