I have got 257 score AIR UR 146471 and 76.2094765 percentile shall i get admission in any govt medical college

Your marks are very low being UR candidate , you cannot get any government medical college this year under 85% state quota or 15% AIQ. Even getting private medical college is also very difficult unless it's under management quota(less chances).
To get government college for UR category you should score minimum 560 marks.
