I have got 28104 rank in jee main under caste St in which college i have chances to get a seat please inform me????

Considering that 28104 is your category rank, I am very sorry to inform you that according to the previous years cutoff, you may not be able to get into any NIT including NIT AP.
You should look for other state government college or private college.
